1. What makes AFG Woodworking products unique?

Each piece is handcrafted in small batches with care, using solid hardwoods and safe finishes. Our designs are Montessori-inspired and rooted in our faith and family values. We create heirloom-quality items built to last.


2. Are your products safe for children?

Yes. We use solid hardwoods and non-toxic finishes that meet safety standards for children’s products. Our puzzles, blocks, and furniture are designed with durability and child safety in mind.


3. Do you make custom or personalized items?

Yes! We offer personalized alphabet blocks and may accept custom requests depending on workload. Custom pieces may take longer to process — we’ll provide an estimate when you order.


4. Why does shipping take longer than big box stores?

We are a small, family-run workshop. Each product is made by hand and inspected for quality before shipping. Standard items usually ship in 7–14 business days, while personalized items may take 2–3 weeks. Good things take time!


5. Do you offer replacement pieces for puzzles or blocks?

Yes. We know how frustrating it can be to lose a piece. Replacement pieces are available for most products for a small fee plus shipping. Contact us at support@afgwoodworking.com with details and we’ll be happy to help.


6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.


7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our newsletter for updates.


8. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
